Our townhomes feature thoughtfully designed interiors with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, tiled backsplashes, full-size washers and dryers, custom lighting, USB outlets, and spacious floor plans. Select homes may also include kitchen islands, flex spaces, additional storage areas, and garage access. 

Pet-Friendly Living

Yes. Townes at Blake Farm is a pet-friendly community. Our current pet policy allows up to three pets per residence, though restrictions and fees may apply. Please contact our leasing office for the most current pet policy information. 

Residents with pets can enjoy access to our leash-free pet park. This amenity provides convenient spaces for exercise and play within the community.

Leasing Information

Our leasing office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The office is closed on Sundays.
